Referral Ask Scheduler Reviews & Product Details

Best for solo mortgage and finance brokers without a referral system. A deterministic referral-ask scheduler for a broker settled-loan book. Paste client name, settlement date and loan type, and it places twelve dated touchpoints in the first year: six referral asks and six service touches, spaced at least fourteen days apart, with weekends moved. Every ask carries a personalised email, a short SMS, a phone opener and a CRM note, keyed to eight loan types and three tones. A client without recorded marketing consent gets service check-ins only; a do-not-contact client gets nothing. The tracker records asked, replied, referred, no reply or not now, with the referred name and date. The calendar downloads as CSV or ICS. Nothing is uploaded and there is no model call at runtime. Free for the first three clients; full twelve-month calendar and tracker AUD 59 one off; rolling calendar AUD 19 a month. Built by The Art of Service, publishing compliance and governance material since 2000.
