**What do you like best about Reed & Mackay?**

I use Reed and Mackay as the ability to book tickets for travel is very easy. I can view times, prices and importantly it gives me options to book seating, and apply railcards for train travel.

**What do you dislike about Reed & Mackay?**

The emails I get could present the information clearer to confirm the ticket. There is lots of information and on a phone it can make it difficult to navigate.

**What problems is Reed & Mackay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am booking travel for me and my staff quickly using a single system where I can collate expenses and view options of transport.

**What do you like best about Reed & Mackay?**

It allows me to book travel and hotels with ease, especially viewing the best costs and distance from my office for accomodation. I am also able to easily book trains and travel easily seeing all options and the ability to add Railcards.

**What do you dislike about Reed & Mackay?**

The user interface is great however I think the reliability of their app could be improved. The user interface on the website has recently changed which has made the process a lot smoother.

**What problems is Reed & Mackay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software allows me to book travel and share the itinerary very quickly and easily. It's quick to see the costs and confirmations are delivered quickly to my inbox. I like that you can now have digital Qr codes for train tickets.
