The filter system allows me to precisely target the content creators I need for each project. More over, we have a lot of data available on each profile, which helps us make the best decision to select our content creators. What differentiate Reech from other plateforms is surely the customer service: my Reech contact is always available for any type of question or help I need, and gives me precious advices. **What do you dislike about Reech Influence Cloud?** Not much ! Statistical reports could be easier to make, but there's still a lot of data retrieved, and the possibility to create dashboards, which makes it easier. **What problems is Reech Influence Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main problem when searching for a content creator is: where to start ? When we could spend several hours scanning all of Instagram to try to find the perfect profiles, now with just a few searches, everything is at our fingertips. An incredible wealth of KPIs, which really allow you to find the best creators for your goals. It's very instructive, you might even become very strict on the selection criteria. Being able to follow Instastories allows you to disconnect over the weekend, no more missing out, you find everything on the tool on Monday! **What do you dislike about Reech Influence Cloud?** The initial research can be laborious, as you get used to and get the hang of using filters and Boolean operators.
