Quanta triages it, finds the likely cause and can open a draft pull request for your team to review. Feature requests, roadmap and changelog: customers post and vote on ideas, the roadmap updates as you work, and Quanta writes the release notes and tells everyone who asked when it ships. Help centre: a multilingual help centre that Quanta answers from, which also spots unanswered questions and drafts the missing articles. Uptime monitoring and status page: HTTP, TCP, ping, DNS, cron job, SSL and domain checks, alerts on nine channels including a phone call, and a status page on your own domain. Code Scan, product analytics, surveys and workflows: find bugs and vulnerabilities, ask your product data questions in plain English, run targeted surveys, and automate what happens next. The AI-powered session replays from Quanta are a game-changer for diagnosing bugs quickly, showing not just what but why it happened. What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Replicate really tackles the frustrating and time-consuming process of diagnosing bugs and managing user feedback that often slows down development. For me, its biggest benefit comes from the AI-powered session replays, which don't just show what a user did but actually help pinpoint why an error occurred, providing all the technical logs and session details I need in one place. This, combined with how easy it makes it for users to submit rich visual feedback through Loom videos and annotated screenshots without needing extensions, means I get clear, actionable information right away, drastically cutting down on the guesswork and back-and-forth. Ultimately, it helps me fix issues much faster, understand user experiences better, and even automates some of the tedious bits like changelog generation, letting me focus more on building and improving the product.
