Rectify is the ops hire for your SaaS. Inside it is Quanta, an AI teammate that runs everything around your product: support, feedback, your roadmap and changelog, the help centre, uptime and more. You talk to it like a teammate, and it does the work. When something matters, it calls you. Rectify is built for solo founders and small SaaS teams (1 to 25 people), especially those building fast with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor and Claude Code. Building got fast. Running a SaaS didn't. Rectify is the other half. What Quanta runs for you: Support inbox and live chat: Quanta answers your customers first, from your help centre and docs, with sources. When it can't help, it hands the conversation to your team with the customer's history, feedback and session replay attached. Bug reports and feedback: every report from the in-app widget arrives with a session replay, console and network logs, the steps taken and the browser. Quanta triages it, finds the likely cause and can open a draft pull request for your team to review. Feature requests, roadmap and changelog: customers post and vote on ideas, the roadmap updates as you work, and Quanta writes the release notes and tells everyone who asked when it ships. Help centre: a multilingual help centre that Quanta answers from, which also spots unanswered questions and drafts the missing articles. Uptime monitoring and status page: HTTP, TCP, ping, DNS, cron job, SSL and domain checks, alerts on nine channels including a phone call, and a status page on your own domain. Code Scan, product analytics, surveys and workflows: find bugs and vulnerabilities, ask your product data questions in plain English, run targeted surveys, and automate what happens next. How it works: Setup takes about two minutes: add your product name and website, then paste one script tag, or one prompt into Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Cursor. Talk to Quanta on the web, in the iOS and Android app, on a phone call, or inside Claude and Cursor through the Rectify MCP server.
