RecruiterPM is the most intuitive and user-friendly ATS I’ve used. Its seamless navigation, robust organizational tools, and outstanding integration capabilities make it a standout choice!

I haven’t encountered any issues during my time using it so far.

Staying organized and improving workflow and time management

**What do you like best about RecruiterPM?**

Very easy to use found many qualified applicants after switching over. Instead of signing up for other hiring websites you can easily sign up for one and have your job posting sent to every job site from indeed to linked to zip recruiter etc.

**What do you dislike about RecruiterPM?**

Don't have any issues with recruiterpm, everything is good.

**What problems is RecruiterPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filters out the unprofessional applicants that seem to be drawn to popular websites like indeed or zip recruiter. We used to use Indeed only and after almost 2 years of searching we have not had any success stories from any of those applicants. A few months into using recruiterpm we have not only hired a great team but continue to find good qualifying individuals that seem eager and ready to work.

How easy it is to utilize and post jobs. The speed of the software is fantastic. Also, the tools overall ability to help keep organized records on applicants and clients.

**What do you dislike about RecruiterPM?**

Nothing. There are no issues as a user. I enjoy this platform.

**What problems is RecruiterPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the fastest ATS I have ever used and very easy to work in.

RecruiterHR ,very fast and helpful tool to used for Hiring process . this tool can build your candidate data base with job bords. in this toll profile sourcing very esay for every one .

**What do you dislike about RecruiterPM?**

IN THIS TOOL, WE facing that there is no harvesting propelli and also you cannot configure other tools as comper to another ATS protel . other then is was good

well all over it was very nice ATS tool. my suggestion is that makeing little work on searching UI and harvesting system . OR more on update old database according to new profiles

**What do you like best about RecruiterPM?**

Having resources readily available and updated by team members across different clients and roles has changed the game. Being a recruiter is about being efficient and conducting accurate research, usually, it's someone calling someone else or doing the research twice- not with RecruiterPM! I love the transparency so that recruiters can work together and share resources, it makes everyone better at their jobs. The platform is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, which makes working in it a breeze. You can do everything from conducting a phone screen to sending an offer with signature lines and onboarding all in one place!

**What do you dislike about RecruiterPM?**

If you are not used to working in and creating multiple folders for roles, this might be tougher to navigate. This tool is extremely helpful to staffing agencies, but I'm unsure how effective it would be in a corporate recruiting setting.

**Recommendations to others considering RecruiterPM:**

I would HIGHLY recommend RecruiterPM to firms looking to improve their project and process management!

**What problems is RecruiterPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are increasing collaboration and removing what I call "re-research" which means, multiple people on the team doing the same research on the same role or company. Instead of waiting on someone to send notes or decipher IMs, you can easily access that information in one place. This also allows hiring managers to easily navigate scorecards and communicate with recruiters. Integrating the email feature saves time as well. Your homepage has everything from goals, earnings, to-do, open roles, and navigation that is easily accesable.

The thing I value most with Recruiter PM is the organization it gives the recruiter. The user is easily able to see candidates in your pipeline, what stage they are in, and what action items need to be taken.

No downsides - wish that we had this software sooner! Total gamechanger.

Recruiter PM has solved many issues but the one that stands out to me the most is the ability to do research right within the software, without having to go back and forth between windows.

As a research associate of 15 yrs  this is the best tool for me to track my research and to stay on top of recruiters progress I've been able to use thus far in my career. Very easy to use.

From a researcher viewpoint so far so good. No dissatisfaction at all.

I love that you can track role by role and see at a glance what stage all candidates are in the process.  I also love the analytical functions where I can view my progress towards goals by date range, quarter, annually, etc.

I really enjoy this tool.  There isn't anything I dislike about it to date.

**Recommendations to others considering RecruiterPM:**

This is a wonderful product that helps you to organize projects, share with colleagues, and assign tasks.

It's making it much easier to keep track of progress and candidates on each role.  It also helps to track year to date progress on goals and tips that can be used for multiple roles in similar industries.

This tool is essential for tracking all my recruiting tasks, providing an immediate snapshot of my candidate pipeline status with robust, real-time analytics.

I only wish I had this tool sooner!  This has changed and automated so many of my daily activities.

**Recommendations to others considering RecruiterPM:**

This product is definitely worth taking a look at.  It has transformed our office.

**What problems is RecruiterPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past I tracked my candidates with a whiteboard, I was constantly writing reports about the status of those candidates for my BD reps, and all metrics were manually entered into a separate spreadsheet.  Everything is seamless with RecruiterPM... I know exactly where I'm at in process with all candidates and roles, I know what tasks need to be completed and meaningful metrics are just a click away.
