Recepso Reviews & Product Details

Recepso is an AI voice receptionist built for small businesses that can't afford to lose a call. When a customer calls after hours, during a job, or while the line is already busy, most small businesses lose that lead to voicemail — and the caller just dials the next business on Google. Recepso answers instead: a 24/7 AI phone agent that picks up every missed call, has a real conversation with the caller, and books the appointment directly onto the business's calendar. Recepso was built specifically for service businesses where missed calls mean missed revenue — plumbing, HVAC, electrical contractors, law firms, real estate agencies, and medical practices. Each industry gets purpose-built call handling: a plumbing call about a burst pipe gets triaged as an emergency and routed to on-call dispatch; a law firm call gets sorted into new-client intake versus an existing case update, with the right confidentiality boundaries; a real estate call about a listing gets the right disclosure rules automatically. This isn't a generic chatbot script — it's an AI receptionist that understands the specific way each industry's phone rings. Once connected, Recepso's AI answers in a natural, professional voice, speaks fluently in both English and Spanish without the caller needing to ask, and books appointments straight into the business's existing calendar (Cal.com or Calendly) — no back-and-forth, no games of phone tag. Business owners and staff get instant text notifications for urgent calls, dropped calls that need a callback, and daily call summaries, so nothing falls through the cracks even when nobody's near the phone. For a small business, Recepso replaces the choice between hiring a full-time receptionist, paying for an after-hours answering service, or simply losing the call — at a fraction of the cost of either, with coverage that never calls in sick, never takes a lunch break, and never misses a night or weekend shift. Setup takes minutes: connect a phone number, tell Recepso about your business and services, and it starts answering. Recepso is built by a small, founder-led team focused on solving one problem well: making sure every call a small business receives turns into an opportunity, not a missed one.
