I guess the only thing I can really "complain" about is the way the platform looks. I feel like it could be a little more pleasent to the eyes to look at. To be honest. It looks a little out of date. **What problems is RealZips GeoData Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems RealZips GeoData is solving is the ability to organize clients by location. It also allows us to better understand the clients geo location and offer better services. ### 2. The support team was helpful in allowing us to configure how we wanted to use it with our territory management within Salesforce. We had complexity around having inside sales reps and outside sales reps that were within the same area but differentiated based on the companies employee size. This allowed us to identify who owned which accounts. It also allowed the reps to go in and see if there were accounts nearby if they were going to go onsite. It was also very configurable. **What do you dislike about RealZips GeoData Platform?** I can't say I have any dislikes for the product. It did exactly what we needed it to do. **What problems is RealZips GeoData Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was hard to manage territories, which was the main problem. This allowed us to seamlessly manage our territories in an automated way. Saved time for our marketing and salesforce ops teams to manage the data. ### 5. The software allows our team to use the field "Metropolitan Area" into reports and thefore making it much easier to target all contacts within an area. **What do you dislike about RealZips GeoData Platform?** The customizable dashboard where you can set alerts and track companies you select isn't super user friendly and hard to use at first. **What problems is RealZips GeoData Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I am trying to solve is here I needed a tool to help me sort my prospects and leads into certain geographic locations. All this will help me schedule meetings while not in the office or home. ### 6. The way my team used the territories were great, and aligned ownership among leads really nicely. The recently viewed sections was sometimes off, as it didn't load all the time. With the Salesforce integration, I can easily see demographic data for any contact, lead, account, opportunity, or custom object. I was spending hours trying to compile useful reports on demographic data of zip codes and this took a tenth of the time I would have spent. I was able to quickly implement these findings into reports and dashboards to quickly pinpoint where our business development team should be focusing their time. **What do you dislike about RealZips GeoData Platform?** I wish that there were more MSA categories. The MSA categories do not match our company's standard MSA's that we have been using for years and built our data around. **Recommendations to others considering RealZips GeoData Platform:** This is a great tool for gaining demographic insight into your data. I have done plenty of research and no one else is offering this same set of data in a nice, easy to digest format. **What problems is RealZips GeoData Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to pinpoint which accounts to go after based on demographic data. This means business development representatives can focus on attracting the accounts we really want and not the ones in less desirable areas based on demographics. ### 11.
