Our software is designed for any income generating property (commercial, residential, condos, and coops) with monthly billing. Our services also include IT assistance (support staff is either a property manager or bookkeeper), supportive partnerships such as payment portals, tenant screening, and free updates. Our report generator has user-defined capability for those companies with unanticipated accounting/bookkeeping needs. The RISSOFT software allows unlimited companies and properties at no additional cost. We charge annually for a license, with a fee for each station. Our comprehensive software is surprisingly uncomplicated with no monthly closing, integrated letters and E balance. Our clients consistently praise its effortless navigation and attention to specific New York City and State filing requirements.
