**What do you like best about Real Time Feedback?**

How quick and easy it is for customers to leave Feedback about our business. But more importantly, how easy it is for us to respond to positive and negative Feedbacks and let customers know that we care about their concerns. We have generated hundreds of 5-Star Google reviews in the last few months because of the Real Time Feedback.

**What do you dislike about Real Time Feedback?**

Nothing I can think of anything negative about Real Time Feedback. Everything about this platform is perfect. They even added additional functionality that we recommended.

**What problems is Real Time Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding out about issues that our customers have so we can address them in real time has been a game changer for us.
