Aurora Reviews & Provider Details

Companies are investing heavily in AI, but most of the return never arrives. The barrier isn't the technology — it's whether people are ready to change how they work. Aurora is reacHIRE's leadership transformation program, built to help people move from waiting on change to leading it. Participants build the judgement, influence, and personal agency to step into decisions and drive initiatives — instead of sitting them out. Who Aurora Is For Aurora is built for mid-career managers, directors, and technologists at companies navigating significant change, including major AI initiatives. We support people ready to take a more active role in shaping change within their organization — and companies that want that change to stick. We've worked with global organizations across financial services, technology, healthcare software, telecommunications, semiconductors, and retail, among others. Each engagement is tailored to the organization's culture, priorities, and populations, so the program fits the business rather than the other way around. How Aurora Works Cohort-based, not solo. Aurora runs in cohorts because change sticks when people move through it together, not alone. Peers create a shared language, mutual accountability, and a network that outlasts the program. This structure turns individual growth into organizational impact — carrying new behaviors across the team, not just one person at a time. Led by former senior executives. reacHIRE Guides are former senior executives who've led teams through massive change — something an AI coach or traditional facilitator has never done. They know what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, and bring that lived experience directly into the room. Because Guides also facilitate individual 1:1s, they build connection, reinforce learning, and help participants grow and stay engaged within the organization. Built around your organization. Customization starts with your priorities: the specific business strategies, populations, and outcomes you're solving for. Guides are matched to cohorts, and program emphasis shifts to reflect what your teams need most. We incorporate your branding, corporate competencies, values, and language, so Guides reinforce the terminology participants use internally. Company leaders are embedded directly into the experience throughout the program via short videos and as live featured guest speakers. Manageable time commitment. Aurora asks for approximately 1–2 hours per week from participants, split between group discussions, 1:1s, and platform assignments. The program is fully virtual, lowering cost and time commitment while enabling global participation in a hands-on format. Programs typically run for 6 months and are tailored to an organization's pace of change. What Participants Build Aurora starts by helping participants identify their strengths, then builds the agency and curiosity to navigate ambiguity, show up differently, and pursue bold ideas. Through coaching, peer learning, and real-world application, Guides and peers help turn insight into action. Participants build networks across the company that help new strategies stick — and apply their strengths more fully as a result. For AI-driven change specifically: Aurora addresses the human side of AI transformation, building the mindset, curiosity, courage, and personal agency leaders need to evolve as work changes rapidly. Cohort discussions create space to experiment, share experiences, and challenge assumptions — fostering the attitudes, behaviors, and cultural shifts needed to accelerate AI adoption and move people and businesses forward. What the Business Gets As participants bring more of their own judgement and initiative to the work, that shows up as measurable impact across the business: less hesitation, faster decisions, and teams that adapt instead of stall. Aurora is built so growth at the individual level compounds into organizational return. Built-in qualitative and quantitative analytics give you visibility into engagement, behavior change, and outcomes — so you can make informed talent decisions without building the infrastructure yourself. Aurora's AI Hub Aurora includes an AI Hub built specifically for participants, with two tools: an Action Planner that offers structured advice for workplace challenges, and an AI Mentor for real-time guidance on career and workday decisions. Built on reacHIRE's proprietary framework and trained on insights from hundreds of experts, Guides, and executives, AI Hub goes beyond generic AI tools to encourage proactive problem-solving and decision-making. How Aurora Is Different ...vs. 1:1 coaching: 1:1 coaching typically focuses on the individual alone. Aurora strengthens the individual and the organization together — through cross-functional peer cohorts that share perspectives and hold each other accountable while building real networks across the company. The shared experience helps participants apply what they learn in the context of their own organization, creating impact that outlasts any single coaching relationship. ...vs. skills libraries (LinkedIn Learning, etc.): Content alone rarely changes how people show up at work. Aurora combines personalized coaching, live team sessions, and peer learning in cohorts. Between sessions, participants have access to on-demand tools that reinforce what they're building with their Guide — so learning turns into real behavior change through guidance, direct feedback, and practice. ...vs. building in-house: Building an internal leadership development program requires ongoing investment: time, headcount, and continual work to research, update, and deliver content as needs change. Aurora removes that work with a ready-to-deploy customizable curriculum, former executives bringing diverse industry experience, and a robust integrated platform. The Foundation reacHIRE has spent over a decade unlocking personal agency at scale, starting with professionals rebuilding careers after a career break through our Returnship Programs. That same approach — turning insight into lasting behavior change — is what powers Aurora for leaders and teams already inside companies.
