It is really amazing. **What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?** Don't seem anything while using the rcm cloud. All the features are really good and I really like them. Still learning use and customize RCM Cloud **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christina C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2020 **What do you like best about RCM Cloud?** RCM is fully integrated with CareVue EHR and can be interfaced with our Microsoft Dynamics accounting system on a daily basis for G/L posting. The system is built on a strong/accessible data base. It is possible to create our own reports, with some training for our IT staff. **What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?** Customer service is slow to respond (sometimes weeks). There appears to have been substantial turnover in support staff especially early on in the year (2020). Our implementation was not smooth due to changes in staffing and there are still some bugs in the system which we are working through. **Recommendations to others considering RCM Cloud:** Get to know the product well and set up strong processes before you implement. You will have to do a lot of the ground work and input for setting it up. If you're a really small entity, as we are, they will be asking you to do or set up a lot things that may be above your skill or understanding. In past products, we had customer service or support staff come out and set it up for us. This was a whole different experience, with a lot more responsibility put on our tiny staff. We only have 2 people in billing and 1 in IT, so it was pretty overwhelming, and a lot of things fell through the cracks. Some of the reporting features do not work well, but can be fixed, if customer service would be more responsive. The silver lining, is that we are learning to use it more as we go, and are developing our own reports. This is thanks to our really savvy and dedicated in house billing and IT team. It's getting better and more functional for us over time.
