A lot of features; full of robust editing ideas

Little room for growth; GPS constantly had issues

We knew what our employees were doing and what they were scheduled for on a regular basis

**What do you like best about RazorSync?**

I love that it covers everything from start to finish.  You enter the customer, create the WO, Let the customer know digitally when on the way, invoice and estimate - everything, all in one place!  You can pull a variety of reports and it will communicate with other software that you already use.  We also love the scheduling feature and setup.  You  can see all your employees appointments for the day, which makes it clear who can go where!

**What do you dislike about RazorSync?**

The only thing I think RazorSync could work on would be more customizations for invoice and estimate layouts.  They only have the one template for each and you can't customize them.  They aren't very aesthetically pleasing, so we end up sending them to our customers via another software we use.

**Recommendations to others considering RazorSync:**

Research other software and you will quickly see that the price and functionality is hard to beat!  They offer trials and will do a mock set up for you so you can test out the software before committing.  They have support assistance in chat which makes it very easy to get answers when needed as well as a comprehensive help center.

**What problems is RazorSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track when the technicians are on their way to the next appointment without them calling us to let us know.   We love that we can set up our customers to receive an automatic text confirmation when the technician is en route, onsite, etc.  It has also aided in us having everything we need to know about our customers in one place versus multiple apps and spreadsheets.

It has great record keeping, but that's the only thing I like best

**What do you dislike about RazorSync?**

Do not work most the time and in extreme busy times it fails us alot.

Do not Recommend at all

**What problems is RazorSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Does not solve many problems at all. Scheduling is good. Does not work well with other softwares. Record keeping is the only benefit I am seeing

**What do you like best about RazorSync?**

The only redeeming side to this software is it works in conjunction with Quickbooks for payroll and billing. (At least at first)  Customer service was always readily available even if they  had no clue what was needed to solve an issue.

**What do you dislike about RazorSync?**

I learned very quickly that Quickbooks was not as integrated as I was led to believe.  I had to do a lot of manual entries which was time consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering RazorSync:**

I would suggest you go with Service Titan.  Pay the extra to get what you need.

**What problems is RazorSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It never solved anything.  I would advise to go with Service Titan.

**What do you like best about RazorSync?**

It offers integrations with QuickBooks for payroll and billing. Maybe it wasn't set up well at my place of work. I did like that customer service was prompt and that they did have courses available for training purposes. 

**What do you dislike about RazorSync?**

Again, maybe it wasn't properly set up on my place of work, and I was never able to use it to its full capacity. To my personal experience, the integration never happened, I still had to bill and create payroll manually on my QuickBooks side. 

**Recommendations to others considering RazorSync:**

Make sure you get two people trained by razorsync team and make sure the features you are looking for work properly the first time you use it. Otherwise it will be a pain in the butt. 

**What problems is RazorSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The client that used Razorsync, was always on the road, and they would log in the hours and the jobs they did during the day, then I would create invoices out of those work orders, but I never got the actual integration running so it was a mess. 

  ### 8. We have used Razorsync for a year. Dispatch works. I would not recommend it to HVAC contractors.

**What do you dislike about RazorSync?**

Quickbooks integration is not as functional as I hoped, affecting reporting, auditing, and KPI calculation.

Pay more and consider Service Titan and FieldEdge
