We must add that they were friendly and professional in all their dealings. The people we interact with at Rare Crew are equally excellent and delightful to work with! The responsiveness to our queries and the support they give needs to be appreciated. **What do you dislike about Rare Crew?** They can bring out the product in a few Indian and Asian languages too. We can promote the product to more companies in our partner network domestically and abroad. **Recommendations to others considering Rare Crew:** When one chooses Rare Crew, there will be no lapses in terms of deadlines and quality. We believe that this project has great potential to succeed and we hope that this pilot project will be disseminated to our partner organizations within the EU. **What do you like best about Rare Crew?** They understood the deeper meaning of the goal and therefore tried to make the website as good and effective as possible. I also recognize the personal contribution as the creators tried to understand with the position of social service providers. **What do you dislike about Rare Crew?** Nothing. I think that everything went very smoothly. We were able to set up communication channels together so that I could understand them and they could understand me. They adapted their IT speech so that an "ordinary person" could understand them. **Recommendations to others considering Rare Crew:** our experience with cooperation is very positive. We recommend. A good team of experts and a high degree of commitment to create the final product. **What problems is Rare Crew solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, these are difficult questions for me to answer. I would rather write here that I really appreciate that I wasn’t involved with the technical information because I wouldn’t understand it at all. I am glad that what I needed to understand was also explained to me according to my skills. A video tutorial and a text manual on how to proceed is all I needed to know, and it was nicely prepared for me. ### 3. From the beginning the Techno functional team helped in identifying all the relevant issues quickly and clearly. It helped us to re-scope and re-budget within our overall objectives. **What do you like best about Rare Crew?** They work on latest technologies in the Web and Mobile area, supported by contemporary agile methodologies. They communicate in a quickly and transparent format. Listen to suggestions and feedbacks very deeply, and delight us with features that address the same. Their Service and Support is consistent, reliable and top notch. **What do you dislike about Rare Crew?** Being familiar with vendors in Eastern Europe and Asia, my expectation has been highly affordable cost structure. Rare Crew is a bit on the expensive side. However, there solution quality, speed to market and service do more than makeup for the prices. **What problems is Rare Crew solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to develop a solution in online education space and it was developed on a new technology platform very quickly by them. The main function of the site was to integrate with other programs, so that we could embed and link these programs within the new application. To support this, we also required user management and typical administration abilities for the site, as well as strict security to be implemented as this site would be used for external clients. **What do you like best about Rare Crew?** They kept to the agreed upon deadlines before the project was started. The communication was really quick, whenever I had an issue or a question it would be answered in a more than acceptable timeframe. Bugs and issues that I raised were also addressed very quickly, sometimes within 1-2 days the bug was fixed. Because of this, I felt that they treated my project and me as a customer as a priority. **What do you dislike about Rare Crew?** Genuinely not much I can think of to put here. It could be nice to have a bit more visibility of the project plan and approach, for example, when the testing phases are, what date they plan on releasing certain parts of the system etc. Having said that, whenever I asked for an update on anything it was answered quickly with a timeline on when the change would be implemented, so I would imagine if I had requested a project plan up front that this could have been provided with no problem. **Recommendations to others considering Rare Crew:** I genuinely would recommend these guys. Compared to other companies I've worked with in the past, they've been a breeze. Great communication throughout (which is key), kept to their deadlines, resolved issues and bugs within a timely manner. **What problems is Rare Crew solving and how is that benefiting you?** We specialize in data, and help our clients with the collecting and reporting of that data. Unfortunately within our team we did not have the skills to build a website where we can host and display the results of our work, with strict security requirements met and this is the business problem that Rare Crew helped us with. ### 5.
