So many problems. I place orders based on food, expected delivery time, etc. Many times I have had issues with food being completely different than I ordered, completely inedible, and I might get a partial (20%) credit on an order that ends up in the trash. Today, I ordered food with a 35 minute delivery time. It arrived nearly 2 hours later. There aren't options to select this issue, so I selected "food didn't arrive". When I explained to support that I did receive it, but there wasn't a good option, they "reviewed " (they didn't) and said "you provided the code so it was delivered". I already said that. The issue was 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor. He "reviewed" again and was told again, with the standard response about providing a code. I explained again. They do nothing. They end chats without a chance to reply as I was in the middle of typing. The delivery drivers are often rude and refuse to go up the elevator to the door, as specified in delivery instructions. They often make several stops and food arrives cold.

Stores ignore preparation instructions. Stores lie on delivery times. Since Rappi doesn't give credits often or partial credits, this system continues. I tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to credit the rst of the month, only cancel on the "renew" date.
