I place orders based on food, expected delivery time, etc. Many times I have had issues with food being completely different than I ordered, completely inedible, and I might get a partial (20%) credit on an order that ends up in the trash. Today, I ordered food with a 35 minute delivery time. It arrived nearly 2 hours later. There aren't options to select this issue, so I selected "food didn't arrive". When I explained to support that I did receive it, but there wasn't a good option, they "reviewed " (they didn't) and said "you provided the code so it was delivered". I already said that. The issue was 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor. He "reviewed" again and was told again, with the standard response about providing a code. I explained again. They do nothing. They end chats without a chance to reply as I was in the middle of typing. The delivery drivers are often rude and refuse to go up the elevator to the door, as specified in delivery instructions. They often make several stops and food arrives cold. Stores ignore preparation instructions. Stores lie on delivery times. Since Rappi doesn't give credits often or partial credits, this system continues. I tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to credit the rst of the month, only cancel on the "renew" date. Don't waste your time and money as everyday has been an issue and everyday support does nothing or very little. **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Food delivery when it is difficult to leave to pick up food. ### 2. Usually there is a wide variety of services, from restaurants to personal deliveries. **What do you dislike about Rappi?** In general there's nothing to dislike, once or twice I had issues making payments with my credit card but apart from that it works fine. **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me get stuff from place to place in a chaotic city! ### 5. Also, the delivery prices were higher than the others. **Recommendations to others considering Rappi:** Rappi is a trustful service, but I am not sure about the app's usability. **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rappi was helping me with daily meals when working from home. I could be more productive at work not having to worry about lunch and dishes every day, so I would say it did solve my routine issue of figuring the meals. ### 6. When you need help, you have to wait for assistance in a foreign language. **Recommendations to others considering Rappi:** Yes **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order food in Washington, most of my experience is with Rappi. I'm a physical person, so I feel more comfortable shopping for groceries at the store. ### 7. Fast delivery and good pool of choices if you're in a big city. Some people working there are really good and a pleasure to work with. The work from home, and the occasional travel are a big plus. **What do you dislike about Rappi?** Toxic culture pushed by the higher leaders. People are deemed as a resource to be exploited as much as possible, abused, and discarded. You must be willing to work from monday to monday, way too many hours, sometimes without holidays, literally. **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I created the data platform for Rappi from scratch: the production platform and bigdata platform. And they often deliver in just 20 minutes. Just to get my extra money at the end of the month **What do you dislike about Rappi?** Almost everything. It crashes out, don't show you the "hot area" at all, need to close it and open it again. Your payment resume is confusing, same as your proffile editing options and support. I can also choose from a variety of restaurants and have my favorite restaurants on hand. **What do you dislike about Rappi?** What I dislike most is that in many areas they do not yet have coverage, which means that at times I can not place orders for my meals. The coverage is currently 30% of the total of my city leaving a large part of it outside of the use of the application. **Recommendations to others considering Rappi:** Rappi is more than an application for homes, you have the possibility to send money, pay for public services, pay for insurance. You also have PRIME option so that for an annual subscription you have decrease in shipping costs. **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that I have solved with Rappi are those of mobility and time saving, since I do not have to go out to look for food and just within reach of my hand I have more than 100 restaurants every day. I can also send money through the application which helps a lot between my friends. ### 14. It can be food, a videogame, groceries, even gas for my car. **What do you dislike about Rappi?** I dislike that I haven't found how to order only from registered stablishments. The app always takes my order as a "whim" even if the stablishment is registered in the database. I think the app is unfriendly and a little bit difficult to use. **Recommendations to others considering Rappi:** It has a wider range of options than others **What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes I have the need to ask for food for me or my employees and Rappi brings it to me so I don't have to leave my work or what I am doing.
