I'm not happy with the customer service and subscription flexibility. It feels inappropriate for a business to just stick to a script without really caring for each customer. Also, I think it's unfair to automatically renew subscriptions annually without sending any warning emails or giving chances to change the subscription or payment method. It's frustrating that they refuse refunds on the day the subscription is paid for, especially for long-time users. It feels like there's no consideration for annual users who have been with them for several years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
