I bought Ranktracker’s lifetime deal on AppSumo in 2021. Now my account shows an ended trial, tracking stopped, and a $39 a month price to get back in. Co-founder and CEO Felix Rose-Collins knows what “lifetime” means. His company sold it, took the money, and stopped delivering. RankTracker is one of the smartest tools for checking a website’s ranking status on Google. One of the best things I liked about this tool is that it can extract the ranking status for thousands of keywords within seconds, which isn’t possible to do manually. There were daily notifications about errors in SERP info gathering, requiring multiple passes. We don't need to know if their internal processes need retrying.

Support is delivered over a chat, apparently by a single person, Felix.

They have no way to cancel a subscription, and if you do it from your side, service will be immediately interrupted, regardless of how much time you had left.

Mobile UX is not the best.
