The complete requirement of Agile process and workflows all in one tool. The tool has capability of running project on Kanban, Scrum, etc. Well structured and has different view/dashboards and customizable settings that helps each team member as well the Scrum master to view the project user stories easily. Reports can be pulled with various criteria and filters based on the team's need. Reports for technology team, business team, audit team can all be generated based on the need using the customize option. The custom tags are very helpful in segregating the user stories based on the project needs. The drag and drop of the user stories across various phases makes life easier.

Some of the options/buttons are not available when the user story is viewed in the short view at the right pane. Most of the options/buttons are visible in the detailed view only.

Dependencies on stories are not well reflected. Even though I can make a predecessor or successor user story, it is not easy to see the respective dependencies and it is easy to make them get lost. Also, sometimes ranking does not reflect easily, especially because you cannot multi-select stories and bulk edit their ranking/prioritization. It encourages continuous improvement by offering retrospective and feedback loop features which enables my team to reflect on our sprint by sprint progress, which enables us to incorporate any necessary adjustments. It can be somewhat complex and overwhelming for a person getting newly acquainted to the tool, unless of course detailed training is provided.
