It was nice, but not every computer I interacted with allowed me to load even a portable app. Additionally, some companies block services like gmail. Having a self-hosted web-based email client is a godsend. I can check ALL of my emails (and I have far too many) from a single client. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** There were some issues during the original install, but once I got through them the software is flawless. I do wish there was a way to do a unified inbox. Switching between accounts can get tedious. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to access my email from anywhere without remembering IMAP server settings and ports. I can just open a webpage and read my email on any computer. It is super good at that. ### 2. Synchronize different email and server services. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** Integrate system and encrypted, remote server configuration, create and synchronize external server folder takes time to appear. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each user enters their email through an independent graphical interface from a web browser, sends and receives emails through a filter inherited from an external server. ### 3. I have read and sent emails without any hickups. The emails are sent and they reach the recipient every time. It is very easy to use. Not complex or messy interface. Just a great system for sending and receiving emails. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** I cannot seem to create any custom folders for specific emails from the admin panel where you send emails. Not a real biggie as I use it for single business emails for every domain I have. But I would love to see this in the future as sometimes it can be needed for organizing a better structure inside. You need to go inside settings to create it, which is a bit unlogical place to add the folders. **Recommendations to others considering RainLoop:** If you're looking for a simple but robust and trusted software for sending and receiving emails, then Rainloop provides just that. It is highly workable and has all you need for the work it is set out to help you with. Emails in, and out. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** I receive business emails on the platform. Little clutter makes it fast to use, which allows me to be satisifed using it for my business. This is a biggie for any business. Too much noise and emails can be more time consuming to see. Rainloop has a simple interface which again clears up distractions some other platforms have. ### 4. It is a tool that features a highly advanced technology interface, which is very easy to use and secure for updating effectively. This program consumes few resources from my devices, and best of all, it keeps my emails secure by not storing them on physical computers. This is a great application as it does not require a database to function, and its installation and use are really simple for our effective use. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** One of the disadvantages of this tool is the limited help from its community, with low-quality support when it comes to resolving doubts or responding quickly for our best benefit with any problem with this tool, leading to the thought that its company is still not highly capable of offering a high-quality service for me as a user. **Recommendations to others considering RainLoop:** Excellent application which features a very simple interface to use and the ability to create emails quickly and securely with an interface service that will allow you to change passwords, add signatures among other email services, and best of all, at no cost for our greatest benefit. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great tool that provides me with many results for my work area by allowing me to create emails quickly and securely for my corporation. I can rely on a great tool with a very simple interface to use and with great ease of updating to keep it optimal in its functionality. ### 5. I can configure it in my Smartphone, I can even add several accounts in my own session of the same domain and others like gmail. Being installed on the servers of the organization, we have greater storage capacity. It's lightweight, friendly and very intuitive. It allows us to send larger emails and limit the mailbox space as a free email as gmail but as a greater range, even if the Internet fails we can send internal emails. Good to change the background of the desktop, whenever the administrator of the service allows it to me, to integrate it with other applications, I create the folders that like, according to my works. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** It does not have any pre-established cloud storage tools like other emails, among other useful applications when sharing files, it does not have a Smartphone application form, although it is compatible from any browser with the mobile version option, you must configure with any mobile application installed or installed on the computer. **Recommendations to others considering RainLoop:** Offer easier integration with other email and cloud storage programs. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a mail platform in free software has allowed us to have this service with a low monetary investment and adapt it to the needs of the organization. DO YOU KNOW what's better though? It's open source and easy to setup! This email service gives all the features you want/need right at your fingertips. There is also plugins you can add, like a snowy login screen for the holidays to get employees into the holiday spirit, right?! **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** I don't like folder management. It's kind of difficult to sort your documents into specific places using RainLoop for some odd reason. It could be better. Another thing is poor backgrounds for user preference, although this is most likely easy to change in some config files probably. **Recommendations to others considering RainLoop:** If you want an easy email service to setup with a good user interface with it, then I'd get it. It has all the features most people want when looking for a good email service. It's easy to integrate into panels, and easy admin functionality! Also as a bonus, it's a worry-free try! Why's that? The product is free to use since it is open source. Just because it's open source doesn't mean the security is light also, they have some serious protection when it comes to passwords in your database. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to send email's for business inquiries, customers, easy replies and etc. ### 7. Is there something I'm supposed to dislike about Rainloop? I guess if I have to pick, it'd be that it's Open Source. I don't prefer paying for an email service. **What do you dislike about RainLoop?** I do not like the fact that there is little support from the community. You can add plugins to the email service, but no one really makes any. There is a cool snowflake plugin you can activate during the holiday season, which is awesome. Otherwise, you could year-round if you really wanted to. **Recommendations to others considering RainLoop:** Try it, it doesn't hurt to try it. You can add signatures, change passwords, email, and more. Just like any other email service. Don't pay for custom email interfaces. Get it for free! **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** EMAIL LOOKS. It's a very good looking email interface for the users. If you ask me, Squirrel Mail is ugly, and too default. Rainloop allows you to do everything with a better interface. Need to change that password? You can! Need to make a contact list? Yes, you can do that too. It's an endless list. ### 8. So that would be a downside of using it. I don't think its been updated but what is there to be updated I suppose. **What problems is RainLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Were able to have a better and faster system for emails and have it hosted on a personalized link for our staff to seamlessly login! ### 9.
