I have loved this software since it came out. No other affordable platform I know of (meaning: costing below 5.000 Euros/year) pulls in the user's twitter and other social feeds. They did that right from the start- which was a gamechanger, since journalists can see your (or the clients) former press mentions and placements instantly. I also love that they offer a few pitches for free, and their search function and overview of a journalist's bio. I find their UX/UI easy to navigate. If you need more pitches- the upsell is ok as well (aka paid pitches). Support has always been top notch as well- both for when you want to find your own sources as a writer as well as have other issues and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Qwoted has real journalists who are actively looking for answers from credible people. It's great to be able to work ethically and still achieve media mentions for my clients, getting them featured in large publications. I appreciate earning honest reviews and links, which adds value for my clients. It's also impressive that Qwoted facilitates getting mentioned in real credible sources instead of paid or fake ones. My clients find it beneficial to be featured in educational digests shared with the right audience. I also find it very easy to use; just log in, set up client profiles, add descriptions, and set up alerts. It's straightforward enough for even a beginner or a fresher. There are some journalists who won't respond or let you know if they have published your answer or article. You have to manually check if the article has been published or who got featured. Some journalists don't send you any response at all, whether they selected you or not. A normal notification would be great so we wouldn't have to do it manually. I like that Qwoted alerts me when there are opportunities relevant to my background and expertise. I appreciate that it's a messaging platform where I can actually message back and forth with journalists, outside of email. I can understand when they've read my pitches and how many pitches they've received, which is information not available in other services like HARO. I used Qwoted for years through a PR agency and decided to sign up again today (10/16/25). To my surprise, I immediately received an automated response saying my account was terminated due to "negative feedback" and that I wasn’t a good fit for the platform — even though I haven’t used Qwoted in over two years. Basically they disabled my account 2 days after I bought the premium subscription. I messaged support multiple times over 2 days, as I had already put in a lot of work to write up responses. I hired a contractor to help me find pitches and spent money on that too. Only to not be able to quote someone after spending 30min writing a pitch, then being locked out of my account.
