I also like the ability to compare different sales reps and viewing the daily progress of each of them as well. **What do you dislike about Quorso?** Many a time, I require complex breakdown of the data in a manner that the tool does not support. This means I am forced to export the data and use another BI tool in the process to analyze adding on the process on my workflow. **What problems is Quorso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quorso has been useful in providing me with insights I can use to evaluate our daily sales calls. We have benefited much from the fact that we are able to analyze the audios and determine what points have made it to most of the conversations. ### 2.
