**What do you like best about Quore?**

I like Quare because it takes care of adapting properly, developing software solutions precisely for hotels, which I love because it takes care of the daily tasks that must be performed, but it makes them run more efficiently , prolonging a fluid interaction with the guests present in said facility, guaranteeing at the same time a comfortable and extensive experience to each of these clients and to the establishment's staff through the prudent optimization of the efforts carried out, being one of my favorite points in relation to this application.

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

It is a basic solution system for the daily tasks that are developed within an establishment, mentioning that it does not contain an extensive line of use options, which cannot be determined as a complete software, since it requires multiple functionalities to develop complex work, from a mobile POS payment method to an application for online reservations, being a simple program, nothing practical and much less creative.

**Recommendations to others considering Quore:**

It is an ideal software for hotels, since they can develop their basic daily tasks in a more compliant and easy way in its entirety, precisely because of the automation present in these systematization, mentioning that Quore as a CRM system is quite useful for these classes of businesses, including hospitality for medical resources in circumstances of interaction with patients or lodging in a certain room with direct interactions for said recurring reason, covering all these needs, for a more flexible environment in terms of ease.

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can mention that this software is taken into account within our organization, above all as a basic CRM system, since it is in charge of the financial areas and the income that we constantly maintain for an analysis in the accounting that is due. compulsorily generate as a company, and as a necessary server for direct relationships with customers that we acquire from the same interface in order to solve doubts about the services that we subsequently implement, being very useful for the daily issues that are carried out in the hosting process real estate and the economic administration that we carry out.

**What do you like best about Quore?**

Overall, Quore is a decent platform, but it honestly has a lot of room to grow. One thing that stands out is the customer service is great when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

reporting: if you have to have conference calls for reports to be explained to you, it is not an effective report.
Users: users need to be able to be placed in multiple departments without having to create different accounts for when they work in different areas.
Etc... it feel like Quore does some things great, but other are clunky. I shouldn’t call quore and ask about doing a thing and be told how to work around said thing. If you are already telling people work arounds, that is a clear opportunity for product improvements.

Go for it. It is good and I believe it will continue to improve.

PM management, removing paper check lists, cash counts, ability to provide statistical feedback to housekeepers about trends...etc

**What do you like best about Quore?**

It is a cloud-based software that helps make the lives of hotel staff and management easier this has led to the team working smarter and the guests stay happier. 

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

The software is not upgraded therefore it does not keep up with the current management i.e one cannot create different accounts for workers in different areas. 

**Recommendations to others considering Quore:**

I would reommend it to anyone looking for this product since its the best in the market, but they have a long way to go. 

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of guest in the room.  It helps to know if anyone had a bad experience and work to resolve it in timely manner this is because it shows the process from start to finish.

**What do you like best about Quore?**

You can used it to communicate with other shifts, so if there is a maintenance problem or housekeeping problem the other shift can see it best part is so can your manager. So if you forget to tell him/her bam , it’s right there! Also , we use it to count our draw/safe , no more calculator. Just type in the number and your drop and it does it for you! You can also add a not anywhere in the system before you post it. 

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

Its very vague to what the solution was. But again you can write it in the notes. It definitely needs a bit of tweaking when it comes to what it can use. There is so much more potential there.

If you have a big team this is for you!

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely communicating! It helps other all over the property know what’s going on. So there is less confusion. And more time for us to book you a suite without having to yell over the walkie talkie .

I like the fact that you can communicate with so many co-workers at once about guests needs.

So far there is nothing that I dislike about Quore

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quore allows us to fix a guest issue quickly with the use of walkies that can be heard by all. Benefits of Quore are that it saves on paper for our checklists, allows postings of needs in real time, and offers our staff a place for detailed work orders, lost and found logs, and general info to be posted and read so all are aware on duty.

I like that it has alerts, immediate alerts to the application.

Sometimes it alerts you too much on things that you know are already happening.

Try to make Quore more user friendly.

Housework, To do lists, and things that I need to get to the guests. The benefits are the reminders.

All work/tasks are logged and saved. Communication with all staff is shared and verified through Quore.

App at times freezes or takes a long time to load.

Any guest issues or hotel issues are being solved with Quore.

**What do you like best about Quore?**

As a hotelier I like that right at the Dashboard it is easy to see any needs that have been taken care of and the guest that need help. All managers are aware and take immediate action. I can see when an issue is resolved and how the customer responded.

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

As the manager we get automatic responses to what is happening with guests and when they post a log I will get more than one response to the same issue when it was already taken care of.

**Recommendations to others considering Quore:**

I would highly recommend Quore to any hotel that is trying to find an easier way of resolving issues with room repairs and increasing customer service response time.

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the hospitality industry I have nearly 100 rooms that have a different guest in the room almost every night and this is the best way for us to track problems with a room that needs repaired. We can track who has had a bad experience and work to resolve it in a timely manner. We can see the process from start to finish.

All the many useful and working apps. It has apps for all tasks needed while working.

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

Dislikes would be the crashing off apps at times. Missing apps on my account that other colleges' have but not on mine.

Get all apps and features to ensure better communication amoung employess throughout shifts

Business problems being solved are using the Quore login to communicate with other employees about our guest needs and accomodations. Giving guests what they request through Quore information logs

**What do you like best about Quore?**

Quore is really great software for those who work in the hospitality industry. It allows for people from multiple departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, etc.) to collaborate and write notes for issues that need to be passed onto other departments. It also allows us one place to log key issuance, guest complaints, work orders for engineering, and even cash flow to help reconcile end of day cash numbers. Very highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

There so far as not been a single thing that I dislike that I can attribute to Quore.

Definitely sit down with the Quore rep and discuss all of it's features and see how it could benefit your hotel.

Collaboration, and engineering requests for guest rooms are big ones.

I like how quore moves our property into the 21st century.  Eliminates radio traffic and misc calls between employees.  Everything is handled and tracked online

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

Nothing to dislike about using quore.  Its helped beyond words

I’m able to in put maintenance request and leave messages for staff. Checking rooms is a breeze. 

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

I had a hard time getting getting an email.

It has a complete checklist for room quality. Being able to just tap a box instead of writing everything down save a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Quore?**

The User Interface is great for us all types of users. The communication log system, and the maintenance and preventative maintenance systems are top of my list of the things that are most useful for effective property management.

**What do you dislike about Quore?**

I believe a company is only as good as the support it provides. From training to new user implementation, Quore was awesome at first, but have not kept up with the demand of being a growing company. I also believe they should continue to improve and innovate - this seems to have slowed down to a trickle at best.

**Recommendations to others considering Quore:**

I would recommend this product for anyone looking for this type of product. I think they have a lot to work on a long way to go, but it is the best on the market.

**What problems is Quore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping consistent communication across multiple ships and departments is their solution to a common problem in the hotel world.  Also, maintaining preventative maintenance and general maintenance of the guests and common areas with reports, timelines, and scheduling is critical to keeping our operations up to par.
