Quonta Reviews & Product Details

Quonta is a simple online accounting software built for French nonprofit associations (loi 1901), designed for volunteer treasurers with no accounting background. Describe income and expenses in plain language (e.g. "membership fee from Mrs Martin, 30€") and Quonta picks the right account and creates the balanced double-entry record automatically. It applies the ANC 2018-06 nonprofit chart of accounts out of the box and generates the trial balance, general ledger, income statement and balance sheet in one click, ready for the annual general meeting. A real-time dashboard shows cash position and results at a glance, data is backed up automatically and accessible anywhere, and handover between treasurers is seamless. Free one-month trial, no credit card required.
