Quixo.Online is quotation management software that helps service teams capture customer requests, create quotes, and coordinate procurement workflows. The platform combines SendQuote for service providers and RequestQuote for public intake and buyer teams into one workspace. SendQuote converts AI and voice-captured requests into quotes using reusable libraries of services, rates, and packages, delivering them via WhatsApp, email, or secure links. RequestQuote lets customers submit requests by voice or text and connects them with providers. Buyer teams can manage suppliers within Microsoft Teams. Field mode supports mobile quoting during site visits. Dashboards display customer views, approvals, and follow-ups. Teams can build custom catalogs for reuse across quotes. Supplier Catalogue V2 offers stock suggestions with freshness indicators. Features include role-based access controls, server-calculated totals, and e-signature capabilities.
