**What do you like best about Quinto?**

- Intuitive, most features are easily understandable without refering to help guides
- Loads of ready-made job descriptions to start off with so you can implement quickly
- AI tool for responsibilities and competency mapping'
- Great customer support and training
- Fast and responsive, without being clunky.

**What do you dislike about Quinto?**

- Can feel overwhelming at first
- Occasional hiccups where you are logged in but the platform does not respond (a quick logout/login did the trick!)
- The built-in competencies are generic (which I understand why) however more technical/job-specific competencies would have been nice
- Add-ons required ($$$!) to fully utilize the platform
- Integration options with HRMS (you can only upload staff data from HRMS, i.e. one-way)

**What problems is Quinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Creating standard job descriptions across the company
- Mapping competencies

- Easy to use and implement
- Database is backed by research and AI
- Affordable entry point into competency/skill-based job descriptions and behavioral interviewing
- Strong on-boarding support for both the tools and creating a competency architecture.

**What do you dislike about Quinto?**

Integrations capability into larger platforms is limited.

Establishing a competency architecture for learning and development and talent acquisition activities.

**What do you like best about Quinto?**

The database is big and you can grab all of the competencies you need. If something is not there you can hack it together. The variety of interview questions is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Quinto?**

The product does just the basics. The database could use injection of "new industry" roles like SDR or data engineer.

**What problems is Quinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinto can help your TA and HMs easily create non biased job descriptions, competencies and interview plans and offers the ability for team collaboration.

Great tool for standardizing skills and job descriptions

**What do you dislike about Quinto?**

Not integrated with HRIS system makes it harder to use it more frequently

**What problems is Quinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardizing the process, but having difficulty sharing this with the organization - would be better to have multiple projects that groups can access

**What do you like best about Quinto?**

The intuitive ux design, and the AI features! The consistency score feature would make it really easy for us to stay consistent and structured.

**What do you dislike about Quinto?**

There's not much I didn't like, but I have a few ideas for enhancement.

**What problems is Quinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am exploring Quinto to add structure when creating and managing job descriptions across the various employee groups. Quinto would allow us to keep the templates and look/feel consistent.
