  ### 1. Excellent solution for RFPs, security questionnaires, and cross-functional KB uses

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

Quilt solved a critical pain point for us with RFPs. It took an average of 10 hours to fill one out, taking up valuable AE and SA time. All the knowledge needed to fill them out was in our docs and internal knowledgebases, so it was a perfect use case for an AI tool - we were able to cut the average response time by 90%. Setting it up is really easy and they've got a browser plugin that lets you inline edit responses. Our team was able to adopt it quickly and uses it internally all the time. The team at Quilt is also highly responsive to feedback, and continually updated it to integrate into other tools in the stack, such as Confluence, internal pages, and completed surveys.

**What do you dislike about Quilt?**

I don't think I disliked anything in particular, all the AI tools out there are relatively new, so I think continuing their expansion of its capabilities beyond the current RFP/RFI focus would be great.

**What problems is Quilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quilt is giving our teams time back by accurately answering 80-90% of customer questions that come in. This is giving us the ability to respond to customers more quickly, and allowing our teams to stay focused on the work that brings in revenue.

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

Quilt has cut the time it takes our team to complete RFP's from days to hours - being able to quickly generate and review responses to RFPs has saved us tons of time, and increased our capacity to participate in RFP's more broadly.

The knowledge assistant has also been tremendous for quickly answering ad-hoc questions, or confirming information. 

The Quilt team has also been super helpful in ensuring a timeley implementation and integration with our knowledge base. They also listen to our feedback and proactively spot & communicate potential issues.

**What do you dislike about Quilt?**

The UI for reviewing RFP's in app can be challenging at times when working on large sheets, or collaborating with multiple people on responses, but citations in UI are helpful.

**What problems is Quilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quilt is automating a large part of our RFP process, meaning our team spends less time manually answering questions in huge RFP documents, and can focus on call prep. proposal building, research, and demos.

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

My team has used Quilt to transform the way we handle both RFPs and Security Questionnaires. They're always a time consuming part of the sales process and they come at the worst times. Thankfully Quilt has reduced the time to fill these out by 80% since we started using it, and the best part is that it continues to improve in its accuracy the more we use it. Here are a few quotes from my team:

“Quilt is especially helpful because we often get last-minute security docs at the end of the month - being able to rip through hundreds of nuanced questions quickly is invaluable for deal velocity."

“If I don't know an answer offhand, and can't find it within the first 20 minutes of searching our resources, it typically takes a day or 2 to hear back from the person with this specialized knowledge. With Quilt, at the very least, I can upload that esoteric knowledge and avoid another 48-hour delay moving forward”

"The biggest value add here in my opinion is that it's pulling from Slack, Confluence, and Google Drive, the semi-structured places where the vast majority of the questions we want answered lives. Then it references back to what it found, and helps summarize. The "search within a doc" piece is nice, but the "ask a general question and have it pull from all sources for the answer" is the killer app imo"

I especially love the ease of use that comes with the multiple answer modalities including the Chrome Extension that lets you answer directly in Google Sheets.

I think the biggest area for improvement would be in digesting more questionnaire formats at scale, especially PDF and Word

Quilt is primarily working with us to solve RFP and Security Questionnaire answer automation, and it has reduced the time it takes us to answer these documents by about 80%

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

Quilt significantly reduces the time spent filling out complex RFPs for prospective customers. Managing a large volume of RFPs myself every quarter, I’ve found Quilt to be a game changer, and the long-term value (ROI) it offers is a no-brainer. I especially like the Chrome extension, as it is really easy to use—one click, and you have your answer directly in your Google Sheet, no matter how technical. The team has been extremely supportive, helping us properly nurture our knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Quilt?**

There are some limitations in the multi-language capabilities, but they have improved over time. Additionally, compatibility with other files, like Google Docs, would be great.

It is reducing the time we take to respond to key prospective customers by at least 50%.

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

As a Solutions Engineer, I used to dread filling out RFPs sorting through documents, crafting responses, and making sure everything was aligned was incredibly time-consuming. Quilt completely changed that for me.  Qulit understands the context of questions and delivers responses that are technical accuracy. The amount of time I’ve saved is huge! Instead of focusing on repetitive, tedious questions, I can now spend more time focused on our customer pains and crafting a compelling demo.

No complaints because before Quilt, RFPs were a major time-suck. Now, with Quilt handling most of the groundwork, I’ve cut my time spent on RFPs by MORE than HALF.

By automating the majority of the responses, we’re able to respond to customers faster, without sacrificing quality. This has freed up our teams to focus on higher-value work that drives revenue, rather than getting bogged down with routine, repetitive tasks. **What do you like best about Quilt?**

Quilt is absolutely a time saver. After using legacy RFP tools for decades, Quilt is a breath of fresh air for us. I no longer have to manage responses to questions or worry about outdated responses. Gone are review cycles for questions. Today, I just uploaded new source documents, and the answers are updated on the next RFP.  

I have had customers respond, puzzled about how I answered the RFP so fast.

The UI can still use some touch-up work, but Quilt is quick on customer feedback and constantly adding new features.

**What problems is Quilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quilt has saved a lot of work on the broader team.  I am no longer chasing down different departments for updated answers to RFP questions.  I simple maintain the source documents and let Quilt AI incorporate that into the next RFP.

**What do you like best about Quilt?**

The team is excellent and extremely responsive, including providing data and building functionality for us when there have been critical feature gaps. The software works well and has been a huge time saver for our sales and sales engineering teams. The team has been making use of the Chrome Extension, web tool, and Slack app, all of which generally work well. Setting it up was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Quilt?**

It's a newer tool, so some functionality, such as enterprise-grade reporting, doesn't exist yet.

**What problems is Quilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RFPs are quite time consuming for us, and we get a lot of them. Quilt helps us save a lot of time by helping us maintain a central knowledge repository, then peppering in AI-based insights on top of those answers to help us quickly and accurately respond to RFPs as part of our sales process.

Quilt is incredibly helpful for complex products that require a lot of domain knowledge to get up-to-speed. They have a killer "virtual SE" product on the roadmap that will be launching soon.

Quilt is a game-changer for completing RFP's. I've been impressed by the quality of auto-generated answers, and I've been surprised by how often I've used their ad-hoc AI chatbot. Hard to imagine going back to life without it!

**What do you dislike about Quilt?**

Some of the UX doesn't quite match the convenience of spreadsheets – edit histories can be funky, and formatting is fairly inflexible.

Quilt helps me expedite RFI & RFP completion. Starting with a pre-filled draft saves me hours of time each month.

Sometimes cannot find information if the wording of the query is not similar to how the information is stored in the source documents.

**What problems is Quilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to get Quilt to accurately answer ~70-80% of a simulated RFP, saving SEs valuable time and effort. When we announced Quilt to the team, there was palpable excitement since it automates some of the most time consuming parts of being an SE.
