Quilt solved a critical pain point for us with RFPs. It took an average of 10 hours to fill one out, taking up valuable AE and SA time. All the knowledge needed to fill them out was in our docs and internal knowledgebases, so it was a perfect use case for an AI tool - we were able to cut the average response time by 90%. I don't think I disliked anything in particular, all the AI tools out there are relatively new, so I think continuing their expansion of its capabilities beyond the current RFP/RFI focus would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quilt has cut the time it takes our team to complete RFP's from days to hours - being able to quickly generate and review responses to RFPs has saved us tons of time, and increased our capacity to participate in RFP's more broadly.

The knowledge assistant has also been tremendous for quickly answering ad-hoc questions, or confirming information.

Quilt significantly reduces the time spent filling out complex RFPs for prospective customers. Quilt is absolutely a time saver. After using legacy RFP tools for decades, Quilt is a breath of fresh air for us. I no longer have to manage responses to questions or worry about outdated responses.
