What do you like best about Quidget?

Very powerful tool and able to respond to our customer inquiry in a timely manner. We tried it at Cainiao and were very satisfied of the demo. I think we need to test it first for a couple weeks to go live. Another good point was the customer service response time which is very important for our business; the representatives are always here for us within minutes. What do you dislike about Quidget?
