Quickscrum is very best scrum tool. This project management tool is free of cost . The drag-and-drop feature makes it simple to update tasks, and the team can collaborate in real-time. The platform allows you to customize workflows to fit your project’s needs. **What do you dislike about QuickScrum?** To be honest, I haven't noticed anything negative so far. It's really good overall. The export functionality could be enhanced by adding options like 'CSV' and 'PDF'. **What problems is QuickScrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** QuickScrum helps with organizing projects and keeping everything on track. It makes it easy for the team to work together and see how the project is progressing. By customizing how we manage tasks and tracking progress in real-time, it helps our team stay focused and productive. This has made our project management smoother and more efficient. ### 2. When I assign a defect to anyone at that exact moment, mail is sent to the respective person. Actually mail should be sent after click on done. 3. Submit button is not working in contact us window. Also the way it allows user management is commendable. We can add all the team members for better tracking of project management allocated hours and this also helps track the pending activities. **What do you dislike about QuickScrum?** Sometimes the screen looks cluttered with a lot of data. So it's important to keep the designs clean from the user experience perspective. Also for the new users, there are no demo videos so quic scrum can definitely improvise. **Recommendations to others considering QuickScrum:** Effective tool at a cost effective pricing strategy. They do come up with regular updates in their product. **What problems is QuickScrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better work management for all the developers. It actually then reflects into organization profitability. Also we are able to trace the resource availability as we have integrated our CRM with this tool. ### 6. We use the velocity chart, Burndown Chart to track the progress of work. Also the sprint planning feature I like with Drag and drop feature. This tool is very easy to use. **What do you dislike about QuickScrum?** Not that many things to dislike. But sometimes it takes time to load the page. **Recommendations to others considering QuickScrum:** I would recommend to other users. Scrum progress can be tracked easily. Dashboarding is great. **What problems is QuickScrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to track progress of our project. We track work of individuals as well as team as a whole. We use sprint planning and sprint review. We log the stories and see the progress on Dashboards. It is useful tool for scrum activities. ### 7. Earlier team was sharing project content via emails that is a clumsy way to manage and store the information. Now with QuickScrum our problems was resolved. A simple configuration and a clean screen.
