She provides screenshots and step by step instructions on how to fix things or to set something up. **What do you dislike about QuickMail?** Ease of use. The tool is tricky to understand at times and the titles for things "buckets" is confusing. I understand what it is but when this was first implemented, it was confusing. Also Journeys is confusing, again know what it means but confusing when this first started. **What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** cold email campaigns for clients ### 3. No helpful features. The price is too high. **Recommendations to others considering QuickMail:** Do not buy it. The reality is gmail does the same thing, I never end up using the "features" it offers.
