I also like the ability to customize the software to our personal needs. I have to say thank you to David. It can be customized to my needs. I can create templates that are specific to the conditions/diagnosis I treat or I can use the generalized templates the program comes with. Customer support is flexible and responsive to my practice needs. David Tarr, owner, has ensured to have a great team of live support and online support. I am very pleased with Greg, live customer service/support, who has been nothing but helpful with setting up QuickEMR to meet my practice needs as well as helping me learn how to use the program. **What do you dislike about QuickEMR?** I have not encountered any issues that would make me dislike QuickEMR. **What problems is QuickEMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrated EMR that meets private insurance and Medicare requirements to prevent/decrease denial of payment. ### 5. Quick EMR had just what our 5 Physical Therapist private practice needed. David the owner answered the phone and was very high-touch. We were up quickly and the software is a snap to use. Their help desk is quick to respond. Very quick. We had good follow-up to our questions too if something needed more than one call. With office staff and professional staff all tackling new EMR, it was a little busy with the questions. David's team was very helpful. **What do you dislike about QuickEMR?** I'm pleased. The information integrates into Quick but it's not as integrated as other systems. **What problems is QuickEMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The seeminly small tasks are very straightforward and easy which has saved a ton of time. The integrated payment processing has been a game changer, we have been able to eliminate a part time billing person due to this. Documentation is simple and straightforward for therapists. The support at QuickEMR is unparalleled, which has made switching and operating seamless. The developers have been able to add many features that we wanted. ### 13.
