I also like that the program can be customized for any repair shop. I also like that it includes customer history and it allows us to pull up the full history of the vehicle so we can diagnosis a problem **What do you dislike about Quick Quote?** I wished that it allowed us to take a wider variety of payment options **What problems is Quick Quote solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that it allows us to pull all of our reports for a variety of different things. I also likes that it generates reminder notices for service reminders for customers ### 5.
