I don't see any positives. I guess it exists which might be seen as a positive and the idea of the service makes sense just really poorly executed. **What do you dislike about Questionmark?** -UX is incredibly old and takes an age to navigate (Very difficult to even find the exam let alone book it and join it. -Glitches with Zoom when they 'lockdown' your computer kicking you out of exams -Proctors have no personality and can come across as rude -Support has (so far) taken 4 hours (been kicked off the chat 3 times without a reason -Called the helpline and no one picked up, left voicemail and no reply -Exam flagging button is glitchy and takes 4-5 clicks to work -No way of seeing what you got wrong **What problems is Questionmark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Company using it to host an assessment - It doesn't work well at all. ### 2. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of building certification exams and understanding both how they are being used and also how we can improve the difficulty of the exams over time. In addition, the technical and customer success support is very attentive and helpful whenever we encounter issues or have how-to questions. We love the question banking capability, which allows us to dynamically pull questions from a bank to help reduce the chances of cheating. **What do you dislike about Questionmark?** The UI of QuestionMark takes a little getting used to as compared to some of the newer tools out there. The look and feel and organization of a few of the menus sometimes feels a bit barebones. That in mind, when it comes to what matters (i.e. the capabilities), the app has everything that we need. **What problems is Questionmark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Administer multiple customer-facing exams; Ability to update exam questions in real-time; Ability to measure usage and trends to optimize questions; Single sign-on. ### 5.
