This allows us to use a lower-cost hardware platform to build a cloud storage system that is easier to maintain for our cloud services. The open centralized management structure facilitates management and configuration. The supported API is also easy to integrate with our NOC monitoring platform. **What do you dislike about QuantaStor Platform?** In terms of technical support, it is currently relatively inadequate. We can only find relevant experience and questions on online forums and KIWI. The promotion of client technology is more difficult. We are the manufacturer that uses and promotes this product, and the current reputation of the product itself may need to be strengthened. **Recommendations to others considering QuantaStor Platform:** More application examples are provided online from the original factory. When the online documentation for the new version, it can provide a complete understanding of the function update instructions. **What problems is QuantaStor Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The object store support provided by Quantastor shortens the need for us to build such a storage environment by ourselves. Easy to operate and manage, allowing us to configure the Stor Pool that belongs to our needs quickly. The architecture that supports horizontal expansion also will enable us to mobilize the required hardware host resources flexibly. The support provided by the third-party Cloud Store Service also gives us an extra layer of protection on the infrastructure of backup and DR. ### 2. The paid version includes excellent customer support. **What do you dislike about QuantaStor Platform?** This solution may not have some of the more advanced storage management features included in other enterprise SAN solutions. **What problems is QuantaStor Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantastor allows the ability to manage storage on white-box servers for a very reasonable licensing cost. The SDS QuantaStor platform, offered by Osnexus, thus improves your company's performance with minimal investment. Its SDS software is based on the Ubuntu Linux operating system and also incorporates the open-source storage platforms Ceph and Gluster into QuantaStor. The company's large-scale network storage architecture allows IT organizations to expand on demand and (almost) without limits. New storage devices can be added to a cluster to grow from a small scale to 10 or 100 petabytes of storage. **What do you dislike about QuantaStor Platform?** When implementing this software, some issues may arise with the existing files, but the support service allows you to solve them quickly.
