What do you like best about QualityLogic?

I love how everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been highly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive while having plenty of empathy to truly understand and relate to whatever issue we came to them with.

What problems is QualityLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company turned to Quality Logic (QL) for expert support regarding our software's compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. WCAG outlines the required behavior of a website for it to be considered accessible for most persons with disabilities. Still, it can be tricky to interpret the guidelines and decide on the correct implementation. As WCAG is an integral part of our product design and development, we often consult with QL regarding best development practices to find the right, most accessible solution. QL has also been vital in helping us triage any potential issues to ensure that everyone using our software, regardless of their level of ability, can have the same experience using our end-user interfaces. What do you like best about QualityLogic?

There are a few things about Quality Logic that stand far and away above other quality firms:

They provide their employees with all of the necessary testing hardware and software. We've had other firms that wanted to bill us not just for the time to test our software, but for new iOS and Android devices.

Their employees are very well trained, and they've rotated people into our account, gratis, to train them up - so it was a win-win for all of us.

Their employees are not just super-competent, but friendly, funny, and really integrated incredibly well with our team.

Absolutely no communication issues with any of their employees. Truthfully I think they're all in the USA, and normally this doesn't matter to me, but communication does. But we never had any trouble communicating with anybody on the Quality Logic side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QualityLogic?

There were no real downsides to using QL; they were available at the hours we needed them, available to work overtime upon request, and generally incredibly accommodating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whether you need manual testers or automation engineers, I strongly recommended Quality Logic. Their rates, quality, and competency really put them in the top tier of firms that I've ever worked with, and they're also really easy to work with. What problems is QualityLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small business, it's hard for us to recruit and retain a competent Quality Engineering department, especially when we initially didn't have any professional internal quality people. Even upon bringing on an internal Direct of Engineering Operations (with a Quality background) to oversee our vendor's Quality efforts, they were overwhelmingly impressed with Quality Logic and actually recommended paring down a different vendor and giving all of our quality needs to Quality Logic (and we substantively followed that recommendation).
