## qlerify Reviews
  ### 1. Disordered Data Import Slows Me Down

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Le V. | Outbound Sales Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

I am very impressed at how quickly and smoothly I can construct diagrams using Qlerify. It makes work smooth as I use it not just for organizing ideas of mine but those produced by my team simultaneously. All of a sudden, the complicated work flows appear to be easy.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Importing the data is very slow and it is a daunting task to take the process information from the spreadsheets or other programs already existing. And I am painfully aware of this because bigger tasks always have me like stuck on a bottleneck with a whole bunch of data to streamline.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qlerify not only has become a tool for us to more precisely and efficiently document processes; however, it also has given us the opportunity to profoundly improve our entire business. The system allows us for seeing the inefficiencies and bottlenecks so much earlier than ever before that it does.

  ### 2. Disorganized data import functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul B. | Tax Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

I love the fact that I can easily generate ideas and sketch out some workflows when working in collaboration with my team. It helps to capture the ideas of everyone and it also ensures that people are aligned in a specific direction.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Data importing feels clunky. Getting big data from other platforms can be a slow and complex process. Of course, it would be perfect to have a more seamless integration here, particularly when it comes to dealing with nested structures.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my experience, Qlerify has been helpful in streamlining our company’s business processes that are involved in designing. These features enabled me the opportunity to avoid doing similar tasks frequently and create tasks and work flows in the shortest time possible.

  ### 3. The missing link between business and ICT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimmo J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

It is expressif and easy enough for business professionals and technical enough for software developers. I don't know of another combination as good. Data modelling features are really promising.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Sometimes it would feel better to use something other than a swimlane chart, but I understand the choice very well. Fortunately, info cards improve adaptability.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business process development and writing specifications for software development: to be -processes and back-log. All documentation in one single place.

  ### 4. The only business planning tool I will ever need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandar P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

It is easy to create protorypes which can be expanded further. I am able to use it for most of my processes, to align multiple teams. AI features support is great, and it helped me numerous times. New features are coming fast, and every software related problem I had was fixed in a matter of days

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

It could have some more "tutorial" content for people who are new to BPMN methodologies.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the bussiness processes are diagrammed with Qlerify, and then communicated with the team further

  ### 5. Perfect DDD and Event Storming match

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tania Raquel S. | Principal Software Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2024

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

The best tool I've ever seen, combining Event Storming capabilities with artificial intelligence

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

At first look it appears to be very complex to use, which easily disappears after seeing the examples that the tool itself provides.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool can be the missing hook to transform the results of event storming into concrete results, directing the process of construction and monitoring of the resulting tasks

  ### 6. Qlerify in the context of design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2024

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

Qlerify was really efficient in automating the common user flows given the input. With Qlerify I was able to focus on finetuning the output rather than do all the manual labor regarding the flows myself. This increased productivity. Qlerify also helps with creativity since you can try out different schenarios and brainstorm with the AI.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

UI could use a facelift but nothing major

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing user flows

  ### 7. A turbocharged tool for turning processes into code

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jussi M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

Qlerify is dead simple to use and the UI is intelligent and flexible. Collaboration is a snap, and the ability to export the results to Jira is a fantastic feature that accelerates everything.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Don't exactly dislike anything but a bit of process modeling background is useful to get the most out of Qlerify.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can map out processes faster tham before and easily collaborate with colleagues and clients. This accelerates discovery and lets organizations move from modeling to implementation faster. The ability to create and export user stories to Jira is also valuable.

  ### 8. A simple and fast tool for process visualisation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

Provides a simple universal UI with possible customisations as needed

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Slightlyt clunky UI - not a problem per sae, but not the most inuative UI without some inital guidence

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborative Visual process diagramming

  ### 9. This tool works like magic and saves hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

- How easy it is to start using
- The new AI functionality that can map out 70% of my processess immediately
- The visual parts that auto-adjust as you start changing a process

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

They have been focusing a lot on functionality but could improve the design of their user interface a bit. I believe an update is coming soon

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It maps out my processess in a visually very clear way. It can be used for high level quick decisions or in depth project leading

  ### 10. Very useful tool for requirements workshops

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruud V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

The app is very easy to use, even for end-users and stakeholders. It offers a structured approach that is particularly useful for eventstorming workshops, both offline and online.

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

It is great for dynamic documentation of the process (and progress) during workshops and review in the app itself, but it's lacking some reporting features for more permanent documentation and sharing the output on paper.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was the only tool that I could find that is well suited for documenting event storming (DDD) sessions. As such, it is a better alternative for tools like Miro, that do not offer the structured features (tagging, sorting) that Qlerify does.

  ### 11. Amazing tool that saves you tons of time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bengt W. | Producer, songwriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about qlerify?**

There are almost endless possibilities to identify, create and streamline any business processs. You dont need endless workshops anymore

**What do you dislike about qlerify?**

Nothing so far. It works very well and I love the AI parts.

**What problems is qlerify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ceeates instant flow charts on any business process. And it is really easy to play around with te tool and change or add any scenario as you like. Perfect for any IT consultancy company, or for companies that dont want to hire consultants every time 😀
