It allows us to connect with the clients and also all our team members so that file sharing, accounts reports sharing can be done securely. They regularly perform VAPT for their products which makes us believe that qbox is a safe and secure application. **What do you dislike about CoralTree Qbox?** There isn't anything in particular that stands out as a drawback. However, I think users today are becoming more advanced and are looking for additional features like Coracloud. For enhanced security, they also require services such as Cognito. **What problems is CoralTree Qbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. It is basically a platform where one can share their account data with the team and also go for e signature documents as well. 2.It also allows remote logins and colabs for multiple users so that one can access their file anytime, anywhere. 3.Best part, what I enjoy, even if i forget to save the changes and quits the applications, it automatically saves the data in the original format. ### 2. It was a good alternative for sharing the QB file. **What do you dislike about CoralTree Qbox?** Sometimes the QB file did not sync which caused issues with losing data. **What problems is CoralTree Qbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we used it, it solved the problem of a client wanting access to their QB Desktop File, but didn't want to use QB Online as a solution. ### 3. The file is housed locally on the computer, and Qbox locks the file for the first person to log in. Any other users can log on simultaneously for read-only access.
