The best thing I like about this platform is its file locking mechanism, which is very effective in terms of handling privacy in a centralised manner. Also it prevents multiple users from accidentally overwriting each others work data by still allowing for effective remote collaboration very much effectively. I also like there ease setup and deployment across our cross-functional teams and our external customers as well. Their integrated client portal, e-signature feature, chat, and integrated follow-up task tool reduce the need for multiple separate tools. Customer support has also been extremely responsive made our onboarding and overall platform performance very efficient.

We used Qbox a few years back, and it allowed our clients to access their QB Desktop file remotely. It was a good alternative for sharing the QB file.

It is improving the features and extending its capabilities day by day. It allows us to connect with the clients and also all our team members so that file sharing, accounts reports sharing can be done securely. They regularly perform VAPT for their products which makes us believe that qbox is a safe and secure application.
