Previously, tracking equity ownership, dilution, and ESOP details was a cumbersome and error-prone process. Qapita has automated the ESOPs for our company. We do not have to manually calculate the ESOP Expenses as the platform takes care of everything end to end. We use Qapita for issuing Grant Letters to stakeholders and it takes care of acceptance, vesting calculation, etc. Stakeholders can view their profiles and access the dashboard with ease. If a direct solution isn’t available, our customer success manager proactively offers alternatives or flags potential risks we should be aware of. Whenever there is a system update, it's a bit sudden and without enough heads up or notification, which may cause delay on our side's use or need to take time to get familiar with the system again. The platform is easy to use and intuitive to understand. The bulk upload feature significantly streamlines our issuance cycle and saves valuable time. It’s also very helpful to have real-time visibility into our ESOP pool balance directly in the system, which enables better planning and projection management.
