I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Qapita's customer support team. To begin with, we find the platform rather inflexible, as it does not offer sufficient customization options for dashboards and reports. This shortcoming has made it difficult for us to create the tailored reports our organization needs. Consequently, we frequently have to reconcile information from several different reports, which is far from efficient. Furthermore, we are handling Cashless transactions outside of Qapita and only uploading the data afterward. This process introduces additional complexity to our workflow. All processes related to employee ESOP grants, vesting, and exercises are handled through this system. The platform has proven effective in fulfilling our needs. With nearly 1,800 employees, each with multiple grants, tranches, and different vesting schedules, as well as various complexities related to exercises, Qapita provides an accurate overview and supports an efficient workflow.
