I got the feeling that they were truly trying to help us. **What do you dislike about Qapita?** The UI is functional but could use a little design work to make it more appealing visually. **What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow us to keep an eye on our cap table and then run scenarios on how different funding or share issuing events might impact investors. It's definitely way better than trying to maintain this yourself and even if you have complicated share classes the platform will accept them and you can track them. ### 37. Qapita is a lot more affordable and approchable for a small startup. Also, the onboarding included a walkthrough with a Qapita team member that was super knowledgable and helpful! Once we were onboarded, the platform was reasonably easy to navigate and figure out on our own but whenever we had questions, the Qapita team was just an email away and always responded promptly! **What do you dislike about Qapita?** So far not much to dislike. I think the overall platform UI and some aspects of the UX could be improved but those are definitely not dealbreakers. **What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?** It essentially moves us away from an excel spreadsheet and also consolidate information about our shares, share classes, shareholders into one single place. It also sets us up for when we're ready to fundraise and issue ESOPs. ### 38. Simple implementation, so far sufficient to cover our company's need (esop grants management). Plus point, the implementation team is localised hence more convenient communication and integration. **What do you dislike about Qapita?** Not that i know of. So far it can cover our needs in grants administration. **What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are tracking the esop granting via manual gdocs and need to calculate manually for the eligibility and the vesting.
