Qapita has centralized the entire process, making it faster, more accurate, and far easier to manage. Reporting is smoother, compliance is stress-free, and our employees now have a much clearer understanding of their equity — which has boosted engagement significantly. The transition from ESOPDirect to Qapita was super smooth and quick! The main reason we adopted Qapita was to engage our employees and communicate the value of ESOPs. For this Qapita has a slider where employee can see their current value of ESOPs and also assume a future value of the company and calculate the value of their ESOPs based on that scenario.
