"Using Redzone to transform a strong people culture into a high-performing execution culture."
4/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Redzone aligns closely with manufacturing best practice and gave us a catalyst to reimagine how the factory operates. Rather than simply implementing new software, we used it to strengthen our management system, clarify accountability, and push ownership closer to the frontline.

We already had a strong culture and engaged people. The real impact was helping us develop a stronger action culture, where issues are surfaced quickly, ownership is clear, and improvement happens at pace. Redzone provided the structure, but our teams used it to fundamentally change how we execute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

The biggest challenge for us was during implementation. The coaching support was strong, but the overall project management and deployment structure felt less robust than the coaching model itself.

In our case, some of the master data and foundational processes were not sufficiently prepared before launch week. As a result, important conversion and setup activities had to be worked through during implementation, which created unnecessary pressure and distractions at a time when the focus should have been on adoption and behavioural change.

There also appeared to be a gap between project management and coaching responsibilities. At times, questions around deployment, system conversion, and implementation planning seemed to fall to the coaches. While they were incredibly helpful, these discussions would have been more valuable earlier in the process through dedicated project support.

Interestingly, there is a positive side to this. Redzone ultimately requires sites to own their problems rather than outsource them. While a stronger implementation process would have accelerated progress, long-term success still depended on us taking responsibility, solving our own issues, and driving change locally. In that sense, the sites that embrace ownership and action are the ones most likely to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paperless, Proactive, and More Profitable"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

What I value most about Redzone is how well it empowers frontline operators. The platform makes standard work easy to execute and sustain, giving operators the tools they need to code downtime, request support in real time, complete quality checks, and stay actively engaged in improving performance. It has become an essential part of how our teams operate every day.

One of our biggest objectives was to eliminate paper-based processes, and Redzone helped us achieve that goal in just 60 days. Transitioning to a paperless operation not only improved efficiency and data accuracy but also gave our teams instant access to the information they need to make better decisions and respond faster to issues on the shop floor. "Redzone the Teacher, the continues improvement tool, the best software."
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

What I like most about Redzone is that it is user friendly. It is easy to input data as well as to extract the data. It is rare when a software offers so many features, but it still easy to use. When used right it also serves as a tool that teaches front line employees and allows for more connection from leadership and the frontline team. The most important aspect of Redzone is the support that is provided. The coaches come second to none. My experience has been great, because I have been able to ask for help and consistently receive a response and the help that I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlocking Hidden Capacity with Redzone"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Redzone gave us the competitive advantage we were looking for. We already had a strong Continuous Improvement program, but what we were missing was the sense of urgency and real-time connection between daily actions and production results. Redzone closed that gap by making performance visible the moment it mattered.

Our operators quickly embraced the platform, and the live performance dashboards displayed on the TVs have been a game changer. They create transparency, fuel healthy competition, and motivate every team to achieve more. Around here, every hourly star is taken seriously, and you can see the positive impact that visibility has on engagement and accountability.

Another feature I truly value is the seamless integration with our BI reporting. Having direct access to real-time performance alongside historical trends allows us to make faster, better-informed decisions and focus our improvement efforts where they'll have the greatest impact. "Transforming Reliability Through Frontline Ownership"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Redzone has been a valuable tool for our operation from day one, but its true impact became evident when we launched the Reliability module. It transformed the way our Operations and Maintenance teams work together by making equipment reliability a shared responsibility.

We made a significant investment in training our frontline teams to identify equipment abnormalities using Senses and to create high-quality work orders. Since then, we've seen outstanding results, including a 34% reduction in downtime events. Giving operators the ability to detect and report issues before they become failures has fundamentally changed our maintenance culture.

We've also experienced much faster response times from our Maintenance team thanks to Redzone's automated maintenance call-out feature. Combined with greater accountability for emergency repairs, this has led to an 11% reduction in mean time between failures, improving equipment reliability and keeping our production lines running more consistently. What do you dislike about Redzone?

We had some Wi‑Fi blind spots on the shop floor, and that was really inconvenient for the team. We’ve since addressed the issue, but having reliable Wi‑Fi service is critical for success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A 13% OEE Improvement at Our Most Challenging Site"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Before Redzone, our site was operating at just 28% OEE. Seeing a 13% OEE improvement in such a short period was remarkable, and the biggest change was Redzone itself. The live, visual performance data transformed operator behavior by creating real-time awareness, accountability, and engagement on the floor.

What I appreciate most about Redzone is how it simplifies the execution and follow-up of standard work for both supervisors and frontline teams. The red bars create immediate visibility of issues and drive fast action before problems escalate. On top of that, the platform is incredibly intuitive—coding downtime and navigating the app is quick and easy, which made operator adoption and site-wide buy-in happen much faster than we expected. "Redzone Streamlined Our Order Sign-Offs with Seamless Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

What I appreciate most about Redzone as a Quality and Receiving Admin is how much it has simplified our entire order sign-off process. Transitioning away from manual tracking means that once we go completely paperless, it’s going to save me an incredible amount of time. The onboarding was seamless, too, thanks to our coach, Juan, who broke down the entire system in a very clear, straightforward way. On top of making my administrative duties much more efficient, it’s been great to see that the girls out on the floor genuinely like using it, making the shift to this new system a win for all of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

Everything is good. We received a lot of support. At the beginning it was a challenge because it was a new process, but once you practice, the app is very easy to use and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Real-Time Traceability That Boosts Efficiency and Accuracy"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

What I like the most about this platform is the robust traceability it provides, which has completely eliminated our reliance on cumbersome paper logs. Being able to verify information entered by employees in real time has dramatically streamlined our oversight process. Instead of chasing down physical files or waiting until the end of the shift to catch errors, we now have instant visibility and total accuracy at our fingertips. It has significantly boosted our operational efficiency and given us peace of mind knowing our data is secure and instantly accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

We’d also like to have this app available on Android. other than that, no issues at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Redzone — Effective Training Platform for Faster Onboarding and Consistent Processes"
4/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

What I like most about Redzone is how effective it is as a training tool. It makes it straightforward to break processes down step-by-step, with clear, repeatable instructions so new starters can fully understand what’s expected of them. I can show people exactly how to complete tasks properly, which helps build their confidence and consistency much quicker. I also like that everything is stored in one place, so it’s easy to track progress over time and ensure everyone is following the same standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

One thing I dislike about Redzone is that setting up and updating training content can be time-consuming, especially when processes change frequently. For experienced team members the material can feel repetitive, and at times the system isn’t as user-friendly as it could be, which ends up slowing people down when they’re trying to complete tasks or training. "Worker Enablement Factory Communication with Built-In Translation"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Extremely intuitive interface that enables all workers across a factory to communicate with Translation built in. It is very easy for workers to use pictures, videos and descriptions to explain their problems and escalate them to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

Red Zone is such a different user experience that it is hard to explain how it's not just an OEE tool, or a QMS, or a CMMS. It's a factory-wide communication tool. Totally different than any other tool out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
