Pyro Reviews & Product Details

Pyro is an AI-native applicant tracking system (ATS) for staffing agencies and startups. It writes down what good looks like for a role once, then holds every stage of hiring to that standard and explains each decision. Pyro covers job description writing, search across your own CV archive, evidence-based candidate screening, ARIA AI first-round interviews and a live interview copilot. Every shortlist, screen and interview keeps the evidence behind it, and a person makes the hiring call. Users are unlimited: AI runs and ARIA rounds are metered and written to the record, and success is billed on hires, not seats.
