One of the main challenge that I faced while using this software was that it did not provided a detailed analytics of all the data usage that was involved during the project management of this software also it was very costly and for working on small projects this tool may not become the best budget friendly option. Pyas is the simple and quite user friendly software that help our finance team to accept payments from almost all kinds of payment modes like UPI, net banking, gift cards, vouchers etc The best part of pyas is that it can get set up just in few minutes and the user can generate multiple links and send it through emails, whatsApp and text messages to their clients in which the payment can get completed. Pyas is really a very useful tool for transactions that we do with our clients but at the same time it is not famous as Paytm or razorpay so that's why it becomes a challenge that we face everyday and still we try to build trust with our clients as they don't prefer to do payments on this platform without a proper and detailed explanation of pyas and it's reliability. The best part of this tool is its interface which is very simple and easy to understand with proper navigations. The software also helps us in maintaining all the payments related data and payment collection from our clients all over the world that too with proper reminders, one of its best feature is scheduling of reminders in real time and this feature saves us alot of time and make the payment collection more automated. The customer support of this software can be improved as I have tried reaching them several times but even after 7 days they responded with a answer which was not enough for any of my queries also there are some features available on the software that will only work if we buy the paid plans. - Analytics of calendar events usage is limited
