What I like best about PVcase Prospect is how quickly it helps identify good solar sites. The interface is simple, the data is clear, and it makes early-stage site analysis much faster. I think the environmental screens; flood, wetland, etc., could be updated. We’ve had to use Transect to compliment Prospect in early stage site suitability studies which adds additional cost where Prospect could, theoretically, update the platform at minimal cost increase. Prospect really allows us to focus on identifying sites and pre-screening effectively, instead of flipping between multiple different programs. We can easily narrow down from county level projects to municipalities, and even local substations, without losing the larger picture. I really like how the templates help us to screen quickly.
