It is hard for me to say as I really like this tool and have only good expirience. But this is because we have a very secure process of using the tool with only approved and checked commands. There is no putting and custom commands to production environment - I guess that the fact it is possible and simple to achive it may generate errore when wrong command is used or something is executed unintentionally. There are several downsides:

1. If you are an experienced user who needs SSH for daily usage, PuTTY is not helpful.

2. If PuTTY has customization options, it is not easy to find.

3. If you want to use a duplicate tab, it opens a new window. Instead of that they should keep that on a single screen one after one.
