PunchFlow is a web-based employee time clock designed for small businesses that run on shift workers. Instead of paper timesheets or expensive HR software, you set up a PIN kiosk on any shared tablet or device in under two minutes — employees clock in and out by selecting their name and entering their PIN. No app downloads, no individual employee accounts, no IT setup. The admin dashboard gives you a live view of who's currently clocked in, automatic hour calculations from every clock-in/out pair, and payroll reports you can export to CSV or PDF for use with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or any accounting software. Built for cafes, restaurants, retail stores, trades businesses, and small offices — anywhere with shift workers who share a common workspace.
