PunchFlow started from a simple frustration: running a small team meant hours every fortnight reconciling handwritten timesheets and calculating pay by hand — without needing a $200/month HR platform or every employee downloading an app. It's a PIN-based kiosk time clock that runs entirely in a web browser on any shared device. Employees select their name (or enter their PIN directly, if PIN-only login is enabled) — no accounts, no app installs, no IT setup. PunchFlow includes GPS and IP-based kiosk restrictions, break tracking, a full tamper-proof audit log, payroll-ready CSV/PDF exports (including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks formats), multi-location kiosk management, and an employee self-service portal for checking hours and flagging disputes. Built in Australia, used worldwide, by cafes, retail stores, trades businesses, gyms, warehouses, and small offices that run on shift workers and need something simple — not another platform to manage.
