PULSE AI Reviews & Product Details

Pulse AI is an AI voice agent for restaurants that answers every phone call 24/7, takes the order in natural conversation, and sends it straight into the restaurant's POS, where it prints to the kitchen like any other ticket. Restaurants lose real revenue every time the phone rings during a rush and no one can pick it up. Pulse fixes that — it captures every call, takes the full order including modifiers, and automatically upsells to grow ticket size. It's multilingual and switches languages mid-call so every caller is understood. Pulse goes live in minutes with no new hardware — it simply forwards from the restaurant's existing number. It integrates with Square and Clover today, with more POS systems on the way. Built for independent restaurants, pizzerias, and any operator whose phone never stops ringing.
